The YJC is not your typical non-profit org. We work hard and take action and try and model the change we wish to see in the world and implement the justice models our youth of color in LA deserve.
YJC Peacebuilder and Organizer Abraham is a role model for our youth in our schools, in lock-ups, and on the block. We don’t need more police to create public safety, we need young people of color like Abraham to get hired as intervention workers in the same communities they grew up in. We want #CollegePrep not #Prison Prep, #Education Not#Incarceration. Support the L.A. 4 Youth Campaign to help us make this happen.
